Terms of Giveaway

Participation in the Contest is open exclusively to individuals who are registered members of the Xenia Club. Participation requires compliance with the conditions described in the relevant promotional content.

Each purchase made through Island Tours corresponds to one (1) entry in the Contest.
Participants must follow the official Instagram and TikTok accounts of the Organizer in order for their participation to be valid.

The prize and any related conditions are those described in the relevant promotional content.
Winner selection is conducted randomly and based on the number of valid entries.

The winner(s) must confirm acceptance of the prize within five (5) days from notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

If a participant unsubscribes from the Xenia Club at any time before the completion of the Contest, they automatically lose their right to participate.

The Organizer shall not be held liable for any technical issues affecting participation or for any issues related to third-party services included in the prize.

Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at any time for justified reasons and to disqualify participants who act in violation of these terms.
